| Description |
Appleford is best known as the premiere Main Line venue for weddings and wedding receptions. While weddings are the major part of our business, Appleford has also hosted numerous corporate dinners, receptions and holiday parties, wine tastings and silent auctions, retirement parties, anniversary celebrations, bridal showers and memorial services.

No smoking in the house.
No parties for people under 21. The bar must close 30 minutes before the conclusion of the event. Must adhere to use of exclusive list of caterers and musicians for amplified music. Groom's room and Bride's suite are available 2 hours prior to the start of the ceremony.

The Appleford Terrace is tented from April through November (possibly into the first weekend of December weather permitting)
January, February, March and December (no tent) Rates are $2,250 Fri, Sat or Sun. A standalone tent can be erected on the terrace at the client’s expense.
April - Friday, Saturday and Sunday $4000
May - December (with tent in place on terrace) Friday $4,500; Saturday and Sunday $5,800
Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day $4,500
Corporate rates/business usage/non-profits Monday-Thursday $300-2500

The use of Appleford consists of 3 components: the furnished interior of the home, the tented terrace and the gardens. If the house and terrace are used, the capacity is 200. If you utilize only the inside of the house then the capacity is 135. |
