Our wedding coordinators work closely with our chefs to customize your reception menu to your tastes and style. We listen closely to you in designing appropriate menus. In the initial stages we provide you with many different menu options, whether you are planning a formal sit down dinner or a more casual buffet/station event. As we work together, we fine-tune the menus until we create your final menu. When creating your final menu we also take into account special considerations, such as appropriate children's menus, themes, vegetarian and vegan concerns, kosher needs and various food restrictions. The result is a perfectly customized menu for your wedding reception.
