Fees/Prices	:	PEAK SEASON May-June-September-October* SATURDAY - $3250 $500 for each additional hour FRIDAY and SUNDAY - $2250 $300 for each additional hour OFF-SEASON April-July-August-November** SATURDAY - $2250 $300 for each additional hour FRIDAY and SUNDAY - $1500 $300 for each additional hour GARDEN OR TENT WEDDING OR COMMITMENT CEREMONY ONLY – NO RECEPTION $1000 (2 HOURS) INCLUDES CHAIRS WITH SET UP AND USE OF BRIDAL ROOM AND CARRIAGE HOUSE CARRIAGE HOUSE ONLY Monday-Thursday during all months and weekends during December-January-February-March (11 p.m. curfew) - $500 per 3-hour event and $100 for each additional hour thereafter
